No - just wild - they are Australian natives. They are actually in plague proportions in parts of the Australian mainland.
Sometimes we see a flock of about 50-60 settle in one of the big trees over the valley - if more than 3 or 4 came to our balcony I would actually be a bit nervous. They can do some damage with those beaks!

Yesterday we set a new record of 7 cockatoos at once on the rail. Elf rang me at work to tell me. Unfortunately we didn't get photographic proof.
