I am reading
Against the Day by Thomas Pynchon. I can tell you now that although I am enjoying it, I don't think I'll ever finish it, as it's over 1000 pages. However - I loved a scene set in New York's theatre district, circa 1910. In one of the very very cheap theatres, a character was acting in an adaptation of
Julius Caesar, retitled
Dagoes with Knives.
